I was using Virgin Mobile for a few month's. Recently, they took 300 dollars out of my account to cover texting charges which they should have not been able to take. I was paying for unlimited text.instead of me paying $20 dollars for unlimited text, they were taking $20 dollars between 3-5 times per day.

Not only that, I requested a change to my account which was not made. I sent them an email about this, and the response to this was not helpful at all. All the changes that I tried to make myself online were not made.

When I called them up to dispute the money being taken out of my account they were very rude. They hung up on me four times. Not only that they bounced me around from representative to representative and all of these representatives were promising me resolution which was not given.

When I finally did get to talk to a manager he laughed at me. He would not give me a number for his boss. The only thing that he gave me was an email address for where he worked. The same email that I contacted before for help that did not provide resolution to my problem.

Not only that, they were charging me 15 cents a minute when I should have only been paying ten which is rediculous. All in all, I could have gone through a major company and gotten a new cell phone and a few month's of service for the outrageous amount they charged me.

I also looked up their information on the better business bureau website. They have had over 600 complaints on billing. Also they had around 300 complaints on customer care. I am very dissatisfied as a customer about the way that I was treated.
