Charged $200 Per Phone After Disconnecting Four Lines

TMobile ha ha ha
They disconnected my telephones, I had 4 of them. Then they proceeded to charge me $200 per phone. I do not understand this bill at all. The representative told me I had FREE LONG DISTANCE. Did she say within your minutes? NO Not Until after it was shut off! Did she say there is a $200 per phone if it is disconnected! NO!
I now own 4 useless phones and in what I did read from the bill we were charged for calls made in the so called free times. What do they consider local and what do they consider long distance?
There was no explanation whatsoever!
We now owe 1600 dollars and the coverage charges are $800
This is a RIP OFF and Not Worth any ones time or effort. Or money!
