After given estimate, the next day when work was to start, price increased from 503.50 to 731.40. Plus after work completed, concrete dust covered entire inside of home

Estimate for concrete work was given the day before the job was to start, then the next day, the owner came with a worker and said he could not do the job for the estimated price after all, the price went up from 503.50 to 731.40. The job was done, but in the process of sawing the crawl space in the foundation, concrete dust came in the house and covered everything in the house and even in the cabinets. The entire house had to be cleaned and the concrete dust removed for each and every room and all cabinets. There was such a dusty mess everywhere. The rocks were to be hauled off after the job was done, in watching the helper work, he was putting all the rocks back under the house and was going to place the cover over the foundation hole and not haul off the rocks, I had to tell him to take them out and haul them off, which he then did. The summary of the job was: 1. The price went up after the estimate was given. 2. The job left the interior of the house covered with concrete dust and had to be totally cleaned top to bottom, inside cabinets included. 3. I had to tell them to haul off the rocks, which was in the contract, that they knew was part of the job. I would not re hire them for anything nor recommend their company to anyone. The work was done completely, but the price hiking, the mess they left, and having to watch them, was not my idea of professionalism...
