Magnolia Manor, Dislocated my grandmothers shoulder in the middle of the night

My grandmother is disabled. She has been for over 40 years. She cannot walk. She requires assistance and lives in a nursing home called Magnolia Manor in Columbia, South Carolina. She paged an assistant for help in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. A rude attendant responded and ripped her out of the bed, dislocating her shoulder.

My poor grandmother lay helpless in bed, forced to urinate on herself and lay there, with a dislocated shoulder until morning when the shift changed. At that time, she reported the attendant to the management staff, who dismissed her allegations as delusional. It took a call to the local police and charges being pressed before the nursing home took her seriously.

This place is ridiculous. Never before have I seen such outright neglect. Slackers. Losers! Pathetic!
