Final Notice harrassment

My son (under age) receives a final notice of bill for an Xbox Magazine he never ask for, and they are now talking about sending it to their collection department.

This has all the tale tale signs of a scam in scaring people into paying something they didn't ask for, total harassment.

They even talk about an account number (we have never had business with these people), and what is funny there are no phone numbers on the letters (like costumer service).

It's literary a letter from a stranger demanding money.
