Banned From Xbox Live After Another Player Posed as Staff

I was kicked off of xbox because a kid thought it might be funny to pose as a xbox hack attacker. He also accused me of hacking into games for points. He said I was showing inappropriate pictures to under age children. I don't even have a camera on my xbox. Why are people aloud to go on xbox and tell lies and then the other person gets kicked off for no reason?

I hope you people have a talk with this kid. It's not very funny when you get kicked off for no reason.

These are the two different gamer tags that this guy used when he sent me messages

Xx phx suns xx

L1ttle caesars

These are the two reference #s that were given to me when I made the report about this incident

I trust that this will be dealt with as soon as possible.
