Poor service

I introduced a down fluffy DKNY white-coat that I liked. While it had been time for you to wash it I viewed the directions also it believed to machine wash. I adopted the directions completely. While it had been completed the layer smelled interesting like damp feathers and so I dried it even more. The layer isn't any longer fluffy also it still smells terrible. It was a stomach of $99.99. I named and quit a and my telephone number (1 800-231-0884) but no body has delivered my telephone call. I suppose their to busy.
