Discrimanated and retalied against me

I started at tractor supply four years ago I to helped build the store. I started as cashier then went full time doing office paper work etc etc. I was a company employee looking out for the one who signed my check. I blowed the whistle on a employee comitting internal theft. They had stole thousands of dollars no thanks or anything. Then 6 months later the manger was having a affair with the co worker alot of money was getting gone from the store the district manger no h.R. Would listen. He got to keep his job he knew i was the one who told so I quit and hired a lawyer a month and a half they got rid of him and ask me to come back. I did but the district manger started retaliting again they didn't give me a raise in pay new employees was making a quarter less then me and i was a key carrier team leader, the assisant manger postion came open and they give it to a 17 year old who had only worked there two years which the job description says you have to be 18. I trained this girl. I talked to the manger leaving and he said I had the job, not true. Later when i talked to him he said it was the district manger doing all of this. The new manger constantly said the company was screwing me. The final draw came when the trash was over filling in the office and the assisant manger had left shelves laying in the middle of the store and the dmanger came in and had me wrote up. Yet the gates was left unlocked, doors left unlocked, product unlocked, money getting missing, they made me quit again i am now drawing my unemployment.in the end parents do not let your kids work for tractor supply they have no ethics nor vaules. And customers i worked four years there you are just money toward a bonus they only humor you till you leave the store. Thats was not my case I loved my customers and I loved my job alot of blood and sweat went into that store i worked my way up from cashier i wanted to retire from there. And i did care about the company. But in the end the screwed me.
