Sorry store manger and assisant

The shop manger needs her employees to work-like slaves then she requires credit for this. She discusses her employes just like a puppy. The Assistant Manger and her have now been close friends for a long time and he or she allows her through with everthing. She never does recovery she informs the cashiers to operate backstock constantly and never to complete restoration. Then your cashier gets in big trouble for this. Nevertheless when the cashier informs her the assitant manger told them-not to recuperate to operate back inventory she dosnot say something to her. She allows her through with anything.in my own personall opioion I believe the shop requires a new-store manger that cares about there workers and cares by what continues there. So long as she's there, there's no expect that shop. She places her personall reside before her work and that's therefore wrong. She dosnot do EZ organizers like she must & most of times the routine is'nt created before sunday evening.
