Sent me into collections!

I was a rep for AVON for a few months. After receiving everything wrong most of the time and everyone being allergic to the products I quit selling it in December. Last week I received a bill (4 months later) for $61.00 for an order they are claiming I placed (which I did not) in Jan. 09. When I called them advising I didnt place the order their response was "yes you did". I never received the products they are claiming I placed and they have no recollection of what was on the order and they cant provide me with an invoice or a tracking number or anything. The letter states that I am in collections because they tried calling me over and over (which they did not). Now I have to fight with the collection company and will end up paying for this... If I can offer any advice it is to not become a rep for this company. If they do this to at least a few thousand people a year, they are making great profit from us!!!
