Ripoff twice ove

Last year out of nothing I got a Collection notice from them and, as I am a alien citizen here, did not want trouble so payed them $30 and they said my account is closed.

The number I called last year was 317-692-9200 (no longer in service)

Again today Feb 18 they have sent another notice from hell and it's interesting that they have another account number for me this time, differnt from the first.

Help me out of this trouble if any one reads this and has ideas.
