Stolen money

This can be a business that does unsecured loans. I had been authorized pending I set $640 along. And so I did. After they obtained my cable these were to deposit $7000 within 4 hours. Well 4 hours later they named me and stated they decided I have to place another $400 along. I recommended them I don't have another $400 therefore I do want to stop the mortgage and obtain my $640 back. I read my mortgage documents sentence after sentence and there's nothing stating the $640 is non refunable. They'll not provide me my money-back, or may they return my telephone calls or mail. Given that they TOOK my $640 I can't actually get goods for my children.
