Business & Finance

This if a finance company. I was trying to get a $7000 loan to pay off bills and do some home improvements. I was approved for the $7000 pending I put $640 down. I agreed to wire the downpayment and they agreed that once they confirmed the wire I would receive my funds of $7000 within 4 hours. After 4 hours had Passed the funds were not there so I called the company. They said they decided that before they will give me to $7k I need to out an additional $400 down. I told them the $640 I gave them was all I had. They said then I cannot get the $7k funds. I asked for my $640 back and they refused. I has been over 2 weeks. When I call to get my money back they immediatly hang up on me. I have also sent several emails. No response. I had a lawyer read my loan documents and there is nothing that says they keep my down payment and that I should sue for my money back. I have reported this company to the BBB, the FTC and the Attorney General. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL STEEL YOU MONEY!!! I dont know how to get my money back without sueing, but I cant afford to do that. So, I am doing enything and everything I can to get the word out on this company so they loose business and cant steal from anyone anymore
