Poor customer service

I'd a scheduled appointment planned for 2-4 PM today. I quit work early to go to this visit since I needed the person to really cope with insect control problems within the home in addition to away from house. At4:00 PM I named since no body had confirmed. I had been placed on store for half an hour without anybody assisting me. At4:30 PM I called back again to declare no body had come. They stated they'd contact my Bug Control Company Individual and obtain back with me in 5-10 minutes. At 5:30 PM (1-hour) I still hadn't been named and so I called back. That is once they stated they mightnot contact the person and that they'd have to reschedule. I mentioned no - I'd quit work early for this. They questioned when they might come before I quit for work-in the day (before 7 AM) and again I said no. I politely but strongly informed them when somebody didn't come nowadays I'd stop my agreement using the organization. They stated they'd attempt to contact my supplier. He named within 2 units. He explained the organization hadn't named him and proceeded to SHOUT at me that it had been not his problem, he was athome, he was done-for your day. After I told him he couldn't come at4:30 AM (the full time he desired to come tomorrow) he explained "I suppose I really could get my standard on and come over. I'm going to be there sometime today". I felt disrespected (used to do not increase my speech once, however was screamed at twice). I experienced as though the expert was attempting to shame me into changing my brain. I don't believe a person is definitely right, but I ACTUALLY DO believe we ought to not be handled like this.
