I contacted them because they told me they could help with my bk and loan mofication to save my home. I didnt have the money to hire them but did send $200.00 as retainer

I explained to arlene my contact person in the office that i was very ill and could not travel but did want to get some of the paperwork started. I started with running my credit report with thier office, this i paid for. We did this to talk about my debt and best course of action

Over a few weeks i was discouragd and unhappy with them because they never return phone calls, its really hard to get anyone on the phone and i get answering machine all the time

I do get lucky and able to get someone on the phone now and then, its when i do the transfer me to arelens bottomless voicemail box, each time i did get tot talk to her, although she seemed like a nice lady, it was very difficult to deal wtih since she always seemed like she had no time, always gave me the rush on the phone. Filing bk and losing everything is not easy thing to go through and i would think she would understand that people have questions.

After a while i didnt think we were a good fit, i called them and just told them i wanted to cancel everything and get my money back. I didnt want to get into complaining or sturing up trouble because i decided not to take it personal.

It was when she refused to give me money money back, i told her i cant believe she wants to charge me $200 for a credit report, because this is all they did.

I never once got to meet or talk to my attorney, even if i did its said its a free consultation. I did ask many times if i could talkto him on the phone, each time it was an excuse or a no. She then told me i signed a contract, i told her i did not, back and forth we argued about this and finally she agreed to look in tothis, meaning anything to get me off the phone as usual
a week ro so later i got a check for $100

They still owe me $100 and refuse to return any of my phone calls

I HIGHLY RECOMEND NOBODY GOING TO THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN JUST THE $100 they owe me. YOU will never reach any one and if you do your dropped into someones voice mail< they are not patient and do not like answering the questions of clients unless your persistant

TO this day Arlene has not returned any of my phone calls. One good thing was I fuond an attorney Mr Johnson in Las vegas who I found to be very patient and his staff to be very well trained iin that customer service field, and fees to be about $400 less than the RIP OFF OFFICES OF HAINES AND KRAIGER
