George haines, david krieger took my money now they wont talk to me, no service, to busy to read or my answer e-mails

Talk about a RIPOFF. You see these guys promoting there business in TV ads. We are here to help. If you have problems paying your bills, behind in your mortgage, owe taxes, bill collectors calling day and night. They tell you to come and see them.

A free consultation, discuss your problems, and they can make all of these problems go away. If you believe that S—T then believe this. After you pay them the $1500.00 retainer fee the only people who go away are Mr Haines and Mr Krieger. You will never see them again.

Hainesandkrieger.com/blog/consumer-bankruptcy-help you scroll down to the part about when a client has a complaint they state that with every complaint they have been able to sit down with the client and resolve the issue.in fact they state that in every instance they have been able to resolve every complaint.

Well i have a complaint i have been calling and writing for 1 whole year now. No bulls—t 1 year. I have never been able to talk to any attorney in all that time or had my problem resolved.in fact my problem has gotten worse, and still i have never had a phone call returned, or letter from mr haines or mr krieger.

Hey there mr haines and mr krieger this is my anniversary i have been calling you for one year now and i still have not had a call returned from either one of you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is how you treat your clients

Is this the type of law firm that you want to give your money to.

Is this is how you treat a client, someone who has paid for your services

The only service that I have received for my money is lip service from office managers law clerks and secretaries, who keep fumbling around passing notes to each other and passing my case around without any results, since they are not able to make decisions for the firm.

I guess Mr Haines and Mr Krieger are to busy collecting the retainer fees from the long line of potential clients that are always waiting for their 15 minute consultation.

Maybe thats why I have been unable to get my phone call through, or unable to leave a message on the bottomless answering machine. I guess they are to busy counting the money to worry about the clients that they already have.

Another part of the blog site that they have, they talk about sometimes there is a miscommunication with a client.in my case they have ignored my complaint even though its been written down and sent many times to whomever has been nominated to handle my case. There has been no miscommunication because I have never been able to speak or write to anyone above a clerk status.

Since I did not hire a clerk, a clerk should not be handling my case, other than to file papers for the way to busy to talk for a minute or two attorneys whom I hired in the beginning.

For those who have read the so called Client Testimonials, I just don't understand how all those people got such fast responses to their e-mails and phone calls from everyone at the firm handling their cases. I have waited for days weeks and months and have had to almost beg in e-mails for any kind of response for my complaint to be heard.

I have to say that I might look at some of those client testimonials with one eye closed. I might wonder who is writing them, since who ever serviced those clients, they must have left the firm. The employees on hand now, certainly have done none of that wonderful service that the testimonials attest to in my case.

All I can say at this time forget about the lawyers that you see on the tv. I wish that I had never seen them since I have more grief now than before I heard of the Haines and Krieger Law Firm. I intend to file a complaint with the state of Nevada and the bar association and whomever else needs to be notified. Maybe even a law suite providing I can find an honest attorney.

To all others who were inclined to read about my complaint here be warned. Find another law firm to handle your case, not one of these tv lawyers who seem to be only interested in an assembly line of clients. Get references before you give up your money and maybe you should get it in writing like a contract that calls will be returned when there is a reasonable problem that needs to be solved.
