Ignored Emails for last 4 years

On 16.09.2006 I ordered a bottle of Hennessy cognac and free 200 marlboro light cigarettes for delivery to the U.K. Their website promised if the items were intercepted by U K Customs and duty demanded from me then I should refuse delivery and the goods would be returned to them and they would redeliver. The cognac arrived O K. The cigarretes arrived with a customs duty demand and were refused and returned to Duty Free Depot. I have been sending an Email every month since then and have never received any reply. This Company would be in real trouble if they were in the U.K.
