More than one month later, I still have not received my 6 cartons of cigarettes, ordered on Nov. 21, yet the money was
debited from my account less than one week after my order. When I inquired, I was told they were allegedly sent on 12/4. The customer service representative was very arrogant. According to their website, one shipment was sent on Dec. 4, another one on Dec. 9, and yet another one on Dec. 14. However, upon clicking on their tracking button, this is what it says: "Label/Receipt Number: XXXXXXXX XXXX X. There is no record of this item." This is for one of the shipments ; the message is the same for the other two shipments. Now they are not evenreplying to my emails.
