NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONLINE RETURNS Conshobocken, Pennsylvania

My wife and I ordered a Bridesmaid dress for my brother's wedding online. We ordered it just before we went on vacation because my brother told us it was going to be on sale for only a few more days. We needed to return it because it had a rip in the dress. We tried to contact Customer Service and there is no such phone number for them.

We went to a David's Bridal Store and they said, "Sorry, you can't return online orders at our stores!" OK, what's the difference? It's the same company, right? We told them that we can't get a hold of Customer Service and they said they couldn't help us! This is absolutely ridiculous and very poor customer service. We are very upset that we spent good money on this dress and now we have to either order another one OR get it altered and spend MORE MONEY!!!

As big as this company is and they can't "afford" to have a customer service agent available to receive calls from paying customers? In addition, they did not include a state or zip code on the senders address potion of the shipping box. I had to look up the city through google to get the additional info needed.
