Fails to ship coins

The American Historic Society has failed to ship my last colorized state quarters. Efforts to contact the society have been futile and the toll free number has been assigned a new customer. Prior customer service related issues that I have had in the past were responded to quickly and efficiently.
In 2001 and 2002 my coins failed to arrive and upon contacting the society, they promtply sent replacements. It was in our opinion that they were lost or stolen in the mail. All subsequent quarters were sent in an enclosed package and thus hiding the identity of the product being shipped.
