Colored state coins not recieved for last two years

We bought and paid for a complete set of state colorized quarters but only recieved them through 2006. The coins for 2007 and 2008 have not been recieved and the contact phone # is disconected, with no further information. We tried the ahs in new york but their phone is also disconected.
