Oh brother - not another one

I've got one even better than some of the other stories. I just started working in accounting and I got hit on by the new head of accounting. He's some young guy who just got moved up there from the sales dept. Well anyway, I'm just sitting at my desk minding my own business when he sits downs next to me and is like "so, as the new head of accounting I want to get to know everyone. Why don't we have lunch today?"So of course I hesitated, but he said that he was going to have lunch with everyone in the dept. One on one over the next week. So we went to lunch, some cheesy place down the road, and all he talked about was his divorce, and how he'd become a 'better man' because of it. Blah blah blah. Then of course he asked me if I was dating anyone you know, "a pretty girl like you must be married or have a boyfriend, right?"Oh brother, this guy was something out of the 1980s. Pathetic. So I told him I don't date white guys and he stammered and didn't really know what to say to that. Power to the people my sistahs! Shanteshanteorlando, Florida
