Northern Leasing Equipment Inc. Another SCAM!

I too received the same letter from SKS Associates dated 2/25... Even though it is post marked 3/7. They stated that on 3/10 they would be debiting $176.44 from my account because of an audit that they had conducted... Blah blah blah!!! You know the story!

I like the IDEA (mentioned in an earlier consumer complaints) of filing a complaint with the New York State Attorney Generals office.

I know the amounts aren't that much... But it is the principal. Personally I felt COMPLETELY ripped-off already by Northern Leasing Equipment when I leased from them (quit in 2007) Should any of us have to pay for their bad accounting... If what SKS Associates says is true?

SKS Associates was successful in debiting my acct the $176.44, but I was just as SNEAKY and had Wells Fargo Bank reverse it. I asked my banker how was SKS able to do this out of no where? They told me that SKS wrote in the memo that "I approved the transaction"... Yeah right!

3 reasons I think this is a SCAM!
1. No "real mailing address"
2. No "documentation" showing the "errors" in accounting
3. The sneaky way of taking your money pretty much in the middle of the night with barely any notice. Hmmmmmm??
