Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing dirty SOB's

I am so sick of Ubet in Vernal, Utah I had phone service with them for two years they have the worst billing system in the world!

They can't ever get a bill right I have been over charged one month and threatened to have my phone shut off, only to have them credit it the next month and this happens continually time and time again. It's happened to my sister, my mother and a few of my friends it's a rolling joke in Vernal from there bad billing system to there lousy Internet service.

I had a Cell Phone with them this was the most expensive piece of crap just local calling was outrageous every month im on the phone disputing the bill! Finally had enough of them my final bill was $439.00 (no kidding local minutes not long distance). I had a $500.00 deposit so I thought I still had $60.00 coming. How wrong I was.

They informed me I had to come in pay the whole bill then they would give me my deposit to me I still don't understand why they couldn't just take it out of the deposit and return the rest to me. However today I received a letter stating I am being sued for $900.00 from these idiots. My question where is my deposit or at least the $60.00 dollars left over it doesn't show anywhere on the bill.

Recently they were called to come to my mother house because of problems with her phone. The repair tech handed her a phone line told her the other line running from the pole to the house was the wrong one and left she conected it herself. (No kidding)

Then they preceed to charge her $85.00 on her next bill, the kicker is she has line insurance. They can't tell her what she is being charged for only that she is being charged. They have gotten away with this far to long only because they are the only ones in town. There is no way this many mistakes can be accidental it's just one more corupt company taking advantage of people who have no choice. Well I do have a choice and they can't shut my phone off I don't live there any more.

So in closing you people need to be slapped upside you're lying crooked heads with a heavy blunt instrument. Or are you really so pathetic and stupid that you really can't see this. I dont think so! You just enjoy bulling people, little power trip for a bunch of inbreeders.
