Sent 50.1 DWT of 24k scrap gold and recieved a check for $1.50, yes you read right

This company states 110% satisfaction, well that is false. I make gold jewlery for a hobby and use only 24k 99.999 % gold pellets. When i clean my hearth i get 24k scrap. Which i sent 50.1 DWT of 24k scrap and recieved a check for one dollar and fifty cents&yes you read right $1.50. Now tell me if im wrong but that is two point one troy ounces of 24k gold. How big a rip off is this company? Well they just bought 1.50 worth of advertising they wont forget, so all two ounces of pure gold are worth only 1.50? No wonder this country is in the shape its in.
