Marcy Burke was the person who signed me up with the company and at first everything seemed just fine. Got the web-site, got the online orientation from Marcy, singed the paperwork, etc... After I paid their $688.00 fee of course!

Then I submitted my first case to them and they gave me a few stories and excuses as to why little had happened to resolve or reject the case after 6 months of working it. I then got a few more excuses from Marcy Burke herself—who tried to shift the blame for lack of progress onto some other processor—when she was actually the person dropping the ball.

My suspicions were confirmed a couple of weeks later when Marcy Burke actually stopped answering any of my calls or e-mails and I am one of her field reps!!!

I have made repeated and multiple attempts to reach her since but, to no avail. At this point I cannot reach anyone else from the company and have no reason to believe that I will be compensated for the many weeks of working on that test case. I left a voice message letting her know that if this was the way they treated their agents that I couldn't imagine they'd survive much longer!

Currently I have not heard back from Marcy Burke or ANY other Project Hope 2008 spokes-person as to client/file status or anything else. For all I know they just disappeared because there is no way to speak to anyone.

That 'Head-Quarter' address they have out of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois appears to be a "virtual office" which is a modern-day effort on behalf of many companies (some very unethical ones too) to give an appearance of stability i.E., a brick and mortar operation.

For me, it's not about getting paid anymore! I just want to make sure that anyone who put their trust in me and sent in their money are taken care of as they were promised!

I'm not stupid enough to think that Marcy Burke or Project Hope 2008 will keep any of their promises at this point because they've proven it to me over the past few months.

I hope someone nails these unethical rip-off artists so they cannot keep taking advantage of people any longer. I feel more for those poor souls who expected some help getting out of foreclosure than I do for the field agents (us) because our loss is nothing compared to theirs!!
