There customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!

I attempted several times to reach these people via phone & live chat... I only attempted to reach them 5 or 6 times and when I finally was able to get someone via the live chat... This is what she said to me.

I never did anything to deserve such treatment by this young lady. They need to fire her or GO OUT OF BUSINESS bedcause I will be all over the forums telling people how CRAPPY they treat people looking to spend GOOD Hardearned MONEY with them. Unbelievable!!!
