Lacy Burke is a lying individual who lurks at film festivals and film markets. Film buyers and agents beware of him at film festivals and at the AFM. Burke claims to help other filmmakers get a project made and offers to pay for half the equipment costs. Then he will try to claim full creative control over the future film projects, without any involvement in the actual writing or creative aspect of the film or project. Lacy will call and harass friends of the filmmakers, and make up baseless threats. His movie Car Date Movie located at these addresses (www.facebook.com/CarDatethemovie) and (youtube. ComCarDatethemovie) are prime examples of lack of creative effort and more of a what a sleaze-bag would use to accomplish his snake goals.
