Christopher Whilby was my landlord for 1 yr and i paid him rent not knowing i that the building was in foreclosure

Chris Whilby was my landlord and he wasnt paying the mortgage or the insurance in the building. The water was never paid or the sewer, and was shutoff for over a week. I have 4 young kids who suffered because of this man. The garbage was never removed when he did not pay them either. He is a real slum lord who has many cases pending against him in superior court. He doesnt pay anyone but collects from his poor tenants... This man need to stop stealing from people.
