Fraud and defamation by landlord

Sam Keller has falsely accused me and my wife of owing him back rent and of stealing his possessions. We leased two buildings. One of the buildings had a stop work order and we had no use or occupancy of the building. We were ordered to pay by a judge who would not look at our receipts or consider that one of the buildings could not be used. We paid rent in full on one building and did many
repairs. We have not had our day in court. Sam Keller is not telling the truth. He has perpetrated fraud upon us.
