Trying to sell broken items, Very rude and poor service

This morning I went into the local Waterbeds N' Stuff to buy a birthday gift for my Dad, Of course when I go in most of the action was in the "Adult Area" and it was difficult to get anyone to help me in the other side of the store. Eventually I asked about a sofa set, he knew nothing about it but I decided to buy it anyways.

Short while later he brings out a beat up box with a bunch of loose parts in it, and rang it up. I immediately stopped him and asked if he had anymore in the back and he said no and assured me that it was "fine" when I knew it clearly was not.

It is amazing to me the poor service provided at this masked Adult store & smoke shop. I would not recommend going to this store if you're interested in purchasing anything other than tshirts and incense.
