I have fallen victim to this company

About 5 years ago I found this company online. I was searching for a place that could get me a grant for my apple orchard. I thought I found my answer. I was wrong.

I started the program and noticed right away that my asigned person was not as knowledgable as I would have liked. I new everything she was telling me. Also the websites she was giving to me anyone could find on the internet.

I was paying for 8 sesssions with her and on the 4th one, I decided to let her know what I was thinking and asked about refunds or how to handle the situation. I wasn't going to continue to pay for this service when nothing was happening. I told her I was cancelling the agreement. I still had about 1200.00 dollars to pay on the loan. I told them that I was done with the program, I was very unhappy with the outcome, and this was a total waste of my money.

The sessions stopped and so did the payments. I thought this had been resolved. No such luck. Now they have turned it into a collections department and is on my credit report. It has been almost 5 years since I've heard anything from this company. I also have never heard from the collections department.

I have tried to contact them, only to get the run around.
