Another victim of NCRC not paying back my money after I completed the program

I have read all the complaints listed on this site. I too am a victim of this company.

The program actually worked for us. We paid all of our creditors with the help of NCRC.interest rates dropped and late fees stopped. We even got money back from American Express. All interest ever paid to them came back to us through this program. We thought it was a great program for us, and even recommended it to others.

Imagine my shock and surprise to find out there was so much happening behind the scenes. We finished our program earlier this year and contacted NCRC to report the finishing of the program, faxed all of the required documents to the right people and then waited. We never heard from anyone, so I began calling. I was given an email address to write to and was told that this was the best form of communication for refunds. When I received no response from the emails that I was writing I called again. I was finally put in touch with someone and was told that they were running several months behind and to call back after two or three months. Silly me, I believed them because I never had any bad experiences with them. How could a company that helped get people out of debt hose you on money? Ha Ha, guess the joke is on me!

When I called back today I found out the company is gone. No phone numbers, no address, no web site, and I am guessing, no money for me. I am owed $590.00

Has anyone found anything that has worked to get your refund? Is there anywhere to go from here? I have been searching the Internet to find information, but am coming up empty handed. Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks for your time, and I hope there are not a whole lot more of us, it is soo sad to hear. God bless and good luck.
