Synergy Company Won't help you if you were dying!

I am filing a consumer complaints for this company because they are taking people's money and they are not helping people. I originally started with this company to get a grant for an organic restaurant business in 2005. I talked to them in sessions and they explained things about the business plan and such. They told me when I started with them that the grant coaching that they offered was guaranteed to get me a grant. They even had that on there website in their agreement. So I thought it woudl be better for me and my Husband to go with them and pay the $4275 that they said it would cost us for it. Well, After the first week, we tried to get in contact with the company to let them know that we decided that this was too much money for us to pay right now. No one called us back. We then called a day later.

Needless to say they never answered our calls. Then when I got in touch with my coach, I told her that I didn't want to continue with the program. She then told me that we don't offer refund's because our company has guaranteed grants for our customer's. So I said that I guess I need to keep my sessions because you said that it is guarteeded grants right? So I went along with it. Soon after 1 year I still did not have a grant. I called my coach and she said that she wasn't my grant coach anymore. She told me she quit working for the company so I already have a new coach. I thought that was srange why they changed my coach in mid-cyle. Well, I went to look on their website to see if it was a true company. Then I decided to go the agreement to see if the guarantee was still on there. Needless to say, IT WASN'T! It was a completely new revised agreement stating that while they help people get grants they cannot guarantee any grant to their customers. I was so angry with the scam that they pulled to me!!! I tried to cancel the fee through american express which I used to pay the $4275 for the coaching and they said that they couldn't resolve it cause it had been more than 1 year that it had been on the bill. I let them know that I was scamed and then they told me that they could not do anything about it now.

I am still in debt after 2 years with this company. I have the credit card still having a balance on it. I wish that I never paid for help with this company. They ripped me and my husband off and we are still trying to pay the bill that they gave us. Please try to help us resolve this matter with this company. I wish I had known that they were lying to me when they told me all that they did. Thank you for listening to my story and hope that this never happen's to anyone ever again!!
