$187 rip off, fraudulent business National

I got a call from Global Financial saying that if I signed up I would get all kinds of rebates and what not. So I paid $187.00 to them and was told that I would get my card with very low interest and no annual fees etc. 20 days nothing, 40 days nothing, and now, 4 months nothing. Just $187 down the drain. I can't afford to throw around that much money being in college trying to pay to just eat and have somewhere to live!

I dont know how to get my money back, I lost the phone number to them.
