Ripoff deceptive company

I ordered boots from the sunday newspaper back in november, i didn't recieve them until January, the quality was very inferior and i returned them to the company,

It is now April and i haven't gotten my money refunded evern though they recieved the product back in jan according to delivery confirmation, i have called constantly and it is a long didtance number in the 504 area code and it is constantly busy, they do not have an email address to contact them either,

This was only 17 dollars, but i am handicapped and on a fixed income so this is alot of mney to me and this makes me sick,

Someone should bring a class action law suit against this company, i wish i had researched them on the internet first!!
