Ripoff, fraudulent deduction of funds from checking account& promise of $2,500.00 credit card ripoff business

Late December, about 8:30 in the evening, I got a call from the "very reputable" global financial systems. They promised me $2,500.00 credit card with 0% interest and $0.00 annual fees. They deducted $221.95 from my checking account in lieu of this promise.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK Money is EXTREMELY tight to begin with...
