I went to the ups store 3000 for the first time. I said hello to the employees in the store when i came to the counter. They ignored me. Another women went ahead of me after the employee motioned her too I got to the counter once again they looked me over noticeably and asked me what i need.

I laughed to myself and told Tom Malloy i need to send this package back to the sender which the postage was pre paid. I wasnt to sure what was the procedure for return he looked at me and with a sarcastic tone " just cut the slip and put it in the envelope" He said it with an attitude.

Once i was done he called for the next customer. I asked excuse me can i get a reciept for proof to the sender. He then yelled at me and said its on the box. I asked if he had a problem he said "WHAT".

I said it seems you were nice to the two caucasions women that were here. For some reason you have an attitude with me i never even been in this ups store before. He said " what did you say come over here now" I told im not i took down the store information he watched me as i left.

I told my husband who went there. My husband went there he was in his military uniform and asked him did you disrespect. It changed his tune He denied the whole situation he told my husband i was upset and he didnt know why and he never raised his voice he was polite.
