Poor service

I named Guitar focus on Friday, March 2nd to determine when they had a specific guitar pedal I required [$169]. They certainly had they pedal also it was the final one left in-stock. They got my title and guaranteed me they might maintain it till I really could create it towards the shop, when I reside nearly one hour from thisis area.

I called again on Tuesday March 3rd to make sure the pdeal had been kept before weekend and so I might make a visit. I actually talked to some manager-this period and was guaranteed, again, that it had been on-hold for me personally.

I had been ready to depart work in early stages Thursday, March 4th to visit Guitar Middle and get the pedal. After I came, the pedal which was said to be on-hold for me personally had evidently disappeared. They created a valiant attempt to contact some people but no pedal was discovered. The sales affiliate ultimately explained "sorry guy, you need to probably simply purchase it online"!! No present to obtain one in or repair the incorrect that were completed!

All of this after i'd driven an hour or so [one of the ways] to get a pedal these were holding for me personally? And so i went 2 hours for nothing! Piss poor service at best
