I purchased a Randall RG100SC guitar amp from this business on March 14th. I received the amp on Friday March 18th. Upon receiving the package it had appeared that the box had been opened numerous times and was not factory sealed. After taking the guitar amp out of the box I noticed that I did not receive any manuals, warranty papers, or a receipt for my purchase. Under further inpection I was also not able to find the foot switch to operate the amplifier or the powercord to plug it into the wall.

After attempting to reach inside the backside of the amp I did find a powercable that was thrown in the back of the compartment, however still no footswitch. So I immediatley made a phone call to The Guitar Factory on March 18th and informed them of the situation and the girl on the phone mentioned that there was a second package on the way to my house but it was all the paperwork and another power cable which I didnt really need as there was one thrown in the back of the amp. I questioned about the foot switch and she siad she would look into it and call me back.

One week goes by and no one called me back. So I call them again on March 25th and talked with another person at the business and he informed me that Randall was out of them at the time and as soon as they get them in, a foot switch will be shipped right out to me from Orlando Florida. He said he would call Randall though and find out and call me back.

The last time I spoke with this deceiptful business was on April 6th when Jay informed me the pedal was shipping out from Randall, now in Chicago, Illinois not Orlando, Florida like I was first told, and asked me where I was located at. I told him "only about 115 miles from there". I still have not received my pedal to this day. After more thinking about it I believe I received a used amp and thats why everything was missing from the box. They gave me the runaround thinking I would give up after a while.
