Pay-Per-View Charges Posted on Days Away at Work Despite Locks

Despite ratings locks, system locks and remote password, DISH is charged me for Pay Per Views that were ordered on days that I was at work. I live alone and no one has a key to my home.
DISH is only concerned about the bill being paid - they will not answer my questions as to how this can be prevented. I did remove Pay Per View from my options.
