Help me! Rent a center ripped me off!

I live in sarasota fl. I purchased a living room set lamps and a big screen tv. Tv had to go in for service. When they brought it back the tv had a huge black mark on half the screen! It wasnt like that when it went back for service. It was serviced five times and each time it was brought back the mark was still there very visible! I informed them after they had the tv for six months with every excuse in the book about why they still had the tv. I told them im not comfortable with the tv and would like another one. They told me that i will not get a new tv and i have to take the tv i first bought with the huge black mark on it! I owed 1000 on the tv! I paid so much money for the tv and the worry free guarentee! Yeah right! I have attempted fifteen phonecalls wanting some of my money back for the tv i never got and the warrenty that was never honored. The excuses are unbeliavble! Finally when they ran out of excuses to give me they are now ignoring me! The manager is never in blah blah! Im so upset! I had to go out and spend a fortune on another tv! Can anyone tell me what to do???
