Lawyer says he'll get back to me with my options - HAH!

Contacted the lawyer thru the Lawyer Referral Service of the Maricopa County Bar Association at $35 for 1/2 hour. No problem. John K. Nowiejski says he'll "get back to me in 3-4 days to let me know what my options are." No response. I've called the SOB back 4 times and leave messages but he doesn't return my calls. I didn't even care if he said he couldn't help me; the least he could do was return my call. Easiest 35 bucks he's made (unless he's done it to alot of other people before me!).
