Exposured to Biohazard, bias termination the business that doesnt give a dam

Employed as a driver for this company for 2 years. Over the two years the following happened:
1. I was constantly harrassed by a fellow employee
2. Numerous complaints were filed with management and no action taken to correct the problem.
3. Threatened by the same employee with bodily harm to include a death threat. Complaint filed and nothing was done.
4. I witnessed this employee spray a liquid all over the cab of the tractor I was about to drive.initially I thought it was 409, but after I got in the truck, the bottle was left on the floor and the smell was overwhelming.

I opened the bottle to see what was inside to discover it was a bottle filled with urine. I reported this to management and they told me to drive the truck 120 miles to the terminal to turn it in. I stated that I wanted it cleaned out before I drove it and they told me that I would be suspended without pay if I refused to bring the truck to them at that time. I took pictures of the bottle and it's contents.
5. This employee finally atttmepted to run me down with a tractor trailer and after I reported this to management, they stated not to inform the authorities, that they would handle it. They terminated this employee for "stealing toilet paper". Never informing him of the the complaints filed against him.
6. They assured me that they would protect me and the other employees involved from this scumbag. 6 months after his termination, he left a note on my personal vehicle threatening to kill me. I notified HR about this and they shrugged it off. I filed a report with the sheriff's dept.
7. I was involved in an accident 4 days after that due to the fact that I was concerned for my saftey after my run and my mind was not on the road.
8. I was told to stay home after the accident and they would contact me.
9. I was informed that my manager recommended my termination. This decision was bias due to the fact that this manager accepted free tickets and dicounted tickets from me over the two year I was there. These tickets were requested by the manager due to the fact that he knew I could get a good price on these NASCAR tickets. Due to this, he could not make an unbiased decision.
10. I waited for offical word from the company regarding my termination. It wasn't until after 4 months had past, I recieved an official word I was terminated. No pay or unemployment was recieved during this time.
