Shame on them

I requested a 4x5 camera from KEH lately due to KEH mentioned 14-day return policy andI was persuaded from the salesman I had been not getting the chance of buying exactly the same product on Ebay as a result of this. I had been not provided any explanation of them except a hazy concept of what it wasn't. Listed here is the stroke with this specific company; Salesman explained I'd 2 weeks to evaluate my purchase.inCORRECT! I just have 6 times within that we need to have them delivered, because the KEH return policy fine-print states 14-day return from BILL DAY! That's ridiculous, and totally inaccurate. Knowing in the reviews of KEH with this site, that are possibly EXCELLENT or DAMAGING, I'd watch out for e-commerce. I'm not able to suggest buying from KEH consequently to be mislead about that basic agreement of the return policy that will be totally PHONY.

UPDATE: 3/2:4x5 camera came in a pummelled container with crumpled document plus one coating of lean bubblewrap separating a few of the areas of the costly swiss-made 4x5. The camera was delivered in my experience having a poorly damaged etched ground-glass, wrong third party alternative bellows, wrong old style foundation hold, dripping bubble degree, a lost steel limit about the regular body, and last although not least, 6 or 8 spring-loaded hooks for securing and unlocking the lensboards, again, and bellows were corroded and freezing shut. All told, the camera demands atleast $500 of repairs and replacement pieces. KEH assured me that their camera rankings are traditional and replicate just aesthetic results for example scuffs, mars, color reduction, but NEVER functionality and purpose, that will be EXAMINED and quality-assured to stay great working order. I had been totally BAMBOOZLED by KEH and am likely to follow legitimate options for their dishonest and extremely possible illegitimate fake marketing and bad faith transactions. Don't, I replicate, DON'T BUY SOMETHING from KEH, if you don't obtain a declaration of situation IN WRITTEN TYPE, signed-off from the salesman, that'll NEVER occur at KEH, simply because they won't talk SOMETHING written down, I Have discovered from knowledge. Disgrace on keh!
