Possible fraud scheme?

As various other sad "drain" discovered... The corporation won't return your phone, or mail! Interval. Oh, incidentally, they've a-7 day return policy. Good. Issue is, they wont answer the telephone! You then need to abandon a note, simply to not need it delivered. Oh, so when they are doing return your phone (throughout the next MONTH, really!) they let you know it is too late. The seven days are prior! Are you kidding me?!!! AAAArrrrrrrggggghhhhh!!!

If which wasnot enough, then there is this: The Canon 5D camera appeared to be a "repak". It had been said to be a brand new camera. I've bought additional Rule products (and I enjoy Cannon items) plus they were packed a lot better than this (probably the most costly Brother item I Have bought up to now). Adding insult to damage, the camera was damaged right from the container. The idiots delivered me the incorrect batteries for this camera. I popped one of these before I recognized this. Today they wont substitute it since I popped it! Am I amazed? What do you consider?

Considering buying something out of this organization? Consider my guidance: Deliver your cash to charity instead. Atleast you will feel well about parting together with your a large number of bucks, and you wont lose sleep-over needing to cope with the toughest customer support in the world! (or even dishonest).
