Unauthorized Credit Card charge

This company entices you to a low charge ($1.98) CD and then subsequently charges you a recurring charge once they have your Credit Card number. I specifically told them "No" when they asked me if I wanted a trial membership. I only wanted the CD. If the authorities can gain access to their recordings, they will validate that I said "No". Any attempts to get the charges reversed are unsuccessful, so I've lodged a dispute through my credit card company.

The CD that you do get is pretty much worthless, also. A five year old could have compiled better, more valid information. This is one time where I wish there were better controls of the content and offerings of the internet. At least have some "buyer beware" notice associated with the site.
