This company called me 9/26/08. I told them I had only one credit card I was paying on and had been making double the minimum payment and would continue to do so. I was told they could "probably" lower my interest rate. A 3-way call was placed to my lender and they refused to lower my interest rate.

About 10 days later I received an "analysis" showing if I continued to make the minimum payment I would be debt free sooner. I pointed out that their analysis actually would cost me more than I was now paying. I asked for a refund and was told no.

After this, I began all my correspondence with "supervisors". Another analysis was sent telling me to continue what I was doing and I would be debt free sooner than I would if I made minimum payments.

Numerous phone calls were made, most of which were not returned. On 12/9/09 I sent a letter telling them I was filing a report with the Attorney General's Office in Georgia. I had already filed a report with the BBB. Ms. Valerie Lawrence (another "supervisor") called me and said she could do something for me. Just don't file the report yet. As of today, I still have not spoken to her and she does not return call.

I am sending copies of all the complaints I can find on the internet, along with my complaint to the Attorney General's office today.
