U.S.A. The manner in which this company operates is an outrage to all consumers. I am starting my crusade today not only to rectify the wrongful conduct of this business entity and all responsible, and to ensure these practices are not allowed to continue. I am currently inviting all participating in this forum to do more than just complain. I am currently presenting my evidence to all Local, State and Federal Authorities. As I am certain that this will not only allow me to recover what is rightfuly mine but allow others to follow. From what information I have gathered from this site alone, there are many of you out there that can not get any resolution by attempting to work out any dispute with this company. My research concludes that it is not possible for a common person with limited funding to retain a private counsel to even begin to privatly file suit against these type of companys. Why? They have all power that raw money can afford. Of the many attorneys I have spoken with the common reply was theywould be stonewalled indefinatly and I would run out money before my plea was finaly adressed in court. However... From what I see the only alternative is to seek a resolve through filing complaints with all the Govemental Autorities at all levels you possibly can.
