Contracts To Plans That Are False ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

I work for one of the best companies in the cellular business. So I knew much about the plans. However, I went to the local retail store to see about getting a phone and I have good credit with Alltel even though I hadn't worked for my company long enough to get one of their phones.

I needed a nation plan since I do a lot of traveling. The sales rep said that I could get Total Freedom 600 with 3500 nights and weekends. Okay, I said.

Then, When I started traveling and made calls, I wasn't told that when i'm out of my home calling area that if I call nights or weekends, the minutes of use will roll off my daytime minutes, not nights and weekends.

I specifically told the rep that I only travel on the weekends. Well, my first month's bill was $800.00 but $600.00 of it was because they charged me for every call that I made, as if I didn't have a plan.

Then, I went to the local retail store to find the rep who gave me the plan but subsequently, he was fired. How ironic?

Be careful because Alltel is the only company who's Nation plans come off daytime minutes when you are out of the calling area, whether it a call at night or on the weekends. Before going to any cellualr company, read the fine print.
